"We were warned at the hospital that medical transport services could be difficult to coordinate with and unreliable, so I was a bit apprehensive about my father's first transport ride. I was blown away by this company. They were prompt, reliable, and incredibly compassionate. My dad's first ride was to an appointment first thing in the morning, and I was a little nervous that he'd be left outside by himself waiting for the office to open. To my surprise, the driver waited outside with my dad until the medical office opened, took him inside, ensured he got checked in, and then waited until the appointment was over to take my dad home. It was so comforting to know someone was there looking out for him, and I knew he was in good hands with this company from that point on.
My dad requests them every time he needs a ride and truly enjoys his time in transit with all of the drivers. They brought light and happiness to a very stressful and difficult time in my dad's life, and I am forever grateful for them. I cannot recommend them enough!"
